We design and produce our pieces with care. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Return & Exchange Window

·       Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

·       Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

·       We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

·       Approved returns, if any, are processed only as store credit.

Exchange Policy

·       Exchanges are allowed subject to size and stock availability.

·       Once the returned product passes quality inspection, the exchange process may take 7–10 business days including transit.

·       If the requested product is unavailable, store credit of equal value will be issued.

Eligibility Conditions

Returned items must: - Be unused, unwashed, and unworn - Have original tags and packaging intact - Be free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations

Items failing inspection will be rejected.

Non-Eligible Items

·       Sale or discounted products

·       Promotional items

·       Orders placed using special offers

Pickup & Shipping for Returns

·       Reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable

·       A reverse pickup fee may be charged

·       If pickup is unavailable, customers must self-ship at their own risk

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

·       Report issues within 48 hours of delivery

·       Share clear unedited images and unboxing proof

·       Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or store credit
