Shipping Charges
• Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹90
• Prepaid Orders: FREE
• Delivery Timeline: 4–7 working days
• Ready-to-ship products: Dispatched within 24–48 hours
• Made-after-order products: Dispatched within 5–10 business days
Returns
• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery (eligible items only).
• Reverse Shipping Fee: ₹100 (deducted from store credit).
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact.
• Non-returnable items: Sale items, discounted products, promotional orders.
Exchanges
• Exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery (eligible items only).
• Reverse Shipping Fee: ₹100 applies.
• Exchanges allowed once per item.
• Exchange allowed for size or another product of equal or higher value (price difference must be paid).
• Subject to stock availability.
Refund Method
• Refunds are issued as DaSwa Store Credit only.
• No bank refunds or original payment refunds are provided.
Important Note
• Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and unboxing proof.
• All return and exchange requests are subject to quality inspection and approval.
